Government Childcare Benefits have recently changed. The Childcare Subsidy is now available for eligible families. Under the new scheme subsidies are no longer paid to children 13 years and over. Please ensure that your centrelink profile is linked to your MyGov account, as this is the only way to receive the new CCS. You will need to complete a current assessment for Childcare Subsidy. For clarification please contact the office.
If your child has not attended any overnight or day camps with Chabad Youth before, there is an additional form to complete in addition to the form below. Please follow the link and complete the form at https://chabadyouth.hubworks.com.au

THE BELOW FORM NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED AS WELL AS THE HUBWORKS FORM.
For further information regarding government subsidies please contact Naomi or Ellie on 9528 8395 or email admin@chabadyouth.org Please note: It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure we have the correct information in order to process your CCS.
