Please note: It will be a bit timely and complicated the first time you register with our new system, but following that, when you sign up for future programs, it will be very quick, simple and easy.
Steps to sign up:
1) Click on this link to be directed to the Chabad Suite database Portal.
2) On the top right, there will be an option to login or register. Register for our Chabad Youth database
3) You will receive an email to confirm your login
4) Click on the email link to set up your password (please save your login and password because you will need them to sign up to all future Chabad Youth programs)
5) You will be directed to your Chabad Suite dashboard
6) On the top right hand side, click on the button 'Portal'
7) Fill out the Childcare Registration Form (this will only need to be filled out once for each child)
8) After you submit this form, you can return to submit the basic Roots info required below.
