Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations will be charged at $50 per enrolment up until 7 days before the commencement of camp.
2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start of camp will incur the full fee.
3. All cancellations need to be received in writing by the Chabad Youth office.
4. Bookings cancelled due to a medical issue, will need to be supported by a doctors certificate, and a $50 admin/cancellation fee will be charged.
5. There will be no refunds provided once camp has started, similarly if your child does not attend a day during the program for any reason, your camp fees will not be refunded.
6. In the event that day camp ends early due to a natural disaster, there will be no refunds provided for the remainder of the camp program.
7. In the event that Chabad Youth is unable to run the camp there will be no charge to parents.
