CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Change of mind bookings will be charged 50% of the program cost, until 7 days before the start of the program, when the full fee is payable. All cancellations need to be received in writing by the office.
- Bookings cancelled due to a medical issue, will need to be supported by a doctors certificate, and a $50 admin/cancellation fee will be charged.
- There will be no refunds provided once your child has left for camp, similarly if your child has left camp for any reason, we will not be refunding your camp fees.
- In the event that the campsite needs to be evacuated due to a natural disaster such as a bushfire, there will be no refunds provided for the remainder of the camp program.
- In the event that the campsite needs to be evacuated due to a positive Covid- 19 case, there will be no refunds provided for the remainder of the camp program.
- In the event that Chabad Youth needs to cancel the camp program prior to camp departing, due to a Covid-19 outbreak, there will be no charge to parents.
- Any early departures need to be booked in with the admin staff prior to the commencement of camp.
- Children who leave camp early based on a medical reason or due to a family emergency will be refunded at the discretion of the Camp Director.
