Summer Camp 2021 - 2022
How to register for camp if you have not yet created a profile in our new database:
We are very excited that after many hours of research, we have signed up to a new Database system– Chabad Suites. One important feature of our new database is that it will retain families enrollment information.
Please note: It will be a bit timely and complicated the first time you register with our new system, but following that, when you sign up for future programs, it will be very quick, simple and easy.
1. Click here to register, you will be directed to our Chabad Suite Database.
3. On the top right hand corner, will be an option to login or register. Register for the Chabad Suite website.
4. You will receive an email to confirm your login
5. Click on the email link to set up your password (please save your login and password because you will need them to sign up to all future Chabad Youth programs)
6. You will be directed to your Chabad Suite dashboard, on the top right hand side, click on the button: Portal.
8. Fill out the Childcare Registration Form (this will only need to be filled out once for each child)
9. After you submit this form, return to the Portal, fill out the Camp Registration Form.
Please read our Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations will be charged at $50 per enrolment up until the Government permits camps to run.
2. Once the Government permits camps, cancellations will be charged at 50% of the program cost, up until 7 days before the start of the program.
3. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start of camp will incur the full fee.
4. All cancellations need to be received in writing by the Chabad Youth office.
5. Bookings cancelled due to a medical issue, will need to be supported by a doctors certificate, and a $50 admin/cancellation fee will be charged.
6. There will be no refunds provided once your child has departed for camp, similarly if your child leaves camp before the end of the program for any reason, your camp fees will not be refunded.
7. In the event that the campsite needs to be evacuated due to a natural disaster such as a bushfire, there will be no refunds provided for the remainder of the camp program.
8. In the event that the campsite needs to be evacuated due to a positive Covid- 19 case, there will be no refunds provided for the remainder of the camp program.
9. In the event that Chabad Youth is unable to run the camp there will be no charge to parents.
10. Any early departures need to be booked in with the Chabad Youth office staff prior to the commencement of camp.
